ABOUT ME
Poetry for me is like a warm hug, a kiss reuniting a lover missed, A scream carried on ink and pad when my voice is lost under the rubble of broken stones of pain, disappointment, and sorrow... It is the freedom and the bravery to acknowledge my trauma and write my own prescription, be my own therapist to heal myself. Poetry is my knight in shining armor, it is my gospel, my meditation, my prayer.
It is my breath, my inhales and exhales.
